ほとんど同じと思って大丈夫だよ！
though,はカジュアルなシチュエーションで使われることが多くて、
even thoughは意味をすこし「強調」したいときに使うよ。

接続詞は、主語(S)と動詞(V)がある文と文を繋ぐ役割をするよ！

even thoughは「～にもかかわらず」という意味を強める時に使うよ
昨日は休日だったのに、学校に行かなければなりませんでした。
I had to go to school even though it was a holiday yesterday.
せっかくの休日なのに、という気持ちがeven thoughを使うことで、
より強く表現できるよ。
全然勉強してなかったのに、試験に合格しました。
I passed the exam even though I hadn’t studied at all.
thoughの使い方
接続詞のalthough/though/even thoughは入れ替えて使うことができます。
ただし、thoughは副詞の役割もあります。
文の最後に付け足すように使うよ。
そのカレーすごく美味しいよ。ちょっと辛いけど。
The curry is very good. It’s a bit hot, though.
「～だけどね」のようなニュアンスで、カジュアルに使います。
犬を飼いたいです。お世話は大変に違いないけど。
